Great staff. Great location. A good restaurant and cafe in the same street.
1) I had requested one front room with balcony and one quiet back room before arrival via Booked.net. On arrival I was allocated 2 front rooms. These suffer from street noise at night and the choice is between leaving the window closed, which causes the room to become hot and stuffy at night, or opening the window to the noise. Staff were very helpful in changing the room on the second day. 2) Wifi is advertised as available but proved to be very sporadic. System needed rebooting by reception each time I needed to use laptop.

The staff was excellent - so helpful with directions, restaurants, events in town, touring agencies. The English of employees was excellent .Rooms were great - very modern, very clean, large bathrooms. Elevators were large and efficient. Great restaurant directly across the street. Quiet - no annoying noises at night.

I liked the location. It was enough close La Rambla and other shopping streets like Rambla Catalunya and Grazia, but still far enough from the noise.
I booked a double rook, whereas we were given room with two separate beds. If you are a couple, then you obviously want to sleep together and it wasn't that much possible as the beds were constantly moving apart, although we tried to join them. Wireless internet was not working and when I went to reception to report it, they said it was ok and told me other people could use it which wasn't true as at the same time there came other guests claiming WiFi wasn't working. It took them 3 days to restore it which as a 4 star hotel, is a way to long, especially for the money you pay. I know it is free and they're not obliged to provide WiFi, but if they advertise it, it should be working.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city. It is very clean and modern and the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. The bathroom is fantastic and the shower out of this world! I would not hesitate to book to stay here again.
If there was one downside to this hotel I would say the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

We stayed here before and after our cruise and on both ocassions, the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Very central location and only a short walk away from Las Ramblas.

The hotel is fairly clean, with amazingly kind personal, and offers particularly good and absolutely perfect location just next door to the centre of Barcelona and many tourist attractions and good restaurants. The breakfast is extensive with lots of things to eat and drink. Thank you very much for a very nice stay - would love to come back here some time...

I liked the fact that the front desk staff all spoke English. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was located by the Metro, tour buses, near the bus that will take you the airport, and by many places to eat.
Only 2 channels on the TV were in English.

Boutique hotel design, modern decor throughout the hotel, excellent location for public transport
Noise from the busy street outside can disrupt sleep!!! Air conditioning issues. Poor communication on hotel policies led to confusion!!! I expected a bit more for the price!!!

Location was excellent staff was helpful most of the time
I had booked 2 rooms for my sister with breakfast. When she arrived they said she did not get breakfast and she said fine because it was more economical for her. Then on second day they realized the mistake and we said we would not pay for the 4 breakfasts we did not eat. They said we had to ---finally the staff persons said they would pay for it since it was their mistaake. I told them that was not right the hotel should pick up the cost (although no food was consumed therefore the hotel was not out of anything). They siad that is how it would work out. HOwever, when my sister went to check out they tried to bill her for it. I was very disappointed in how this transpired. Although the location is excellent and it was a lovely hotel I am not sure I can recommend it. Also please be advised walls are paper thin and ou can hear every thing from other rooms!
